1. Introduction

Welcome to Komikhub (we, our, or us). These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of the Komikhub website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the Service).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. If you are under 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Komikhub and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Indonesia and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Premium Subscription

Komikhub offers a Premium subscription service that provides additional features and benefits. By subscribing to our Premium service, you agree to the following terms:

• You will be charged the subscription fee at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the next billing cycle
• You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your Premium benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period
• We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Komikhub, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Komikhub and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys fees) arising from your use of and access to the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
